DAY 1: Arrival in Srinagar and Local Sightseeing

Welcome to Srinagar! Upon your arrival at Srinagar Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Kickstart your exploration of Kashmir with a visit to the enchanting Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love). These gardens display the architectural expertise of the Mughals in gardening. Enjoy a serene drive along the lakeside boulevard and stop by a local handicrafts emporium where you can shop for hand-knotted silken carpets, exquisite shawls, and ornate jewelry. After lunch, visit the revered Shankaracharya Temple. In the evening, indulge in a tranquil boat ride on the Dal Lake in a traditional Shikara, experiencing the beauty often likened to Venice. Observe the daily life on the lake and the vibrant colors of this paradise. Before returning, explore the local crafts market for intricately carved items made from paper mache and walnut wood. DAY 2: Day Trip to Sonamarg

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, the 'Meadow of Gold', located at an altitude of 9000 ft and 84 kms from Srinagar. Set against the backdrop of snowy peaks and blue skies, Sonamarg offers breathtaking views and a chance to explore the rich flora along the Sindh River. Adventure seekers can hire ponies for a ride up to the Thajiwas Glacier, a popular summer attraction. Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.

DAY 3: Day Trip to Gulmarg

Situated 53 kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700 ft, Gulmarg is a renowned ski resort and houses the world's highest 18-hole golf course. The British legacy is palpable here. Opt for a cable car ride at Kongdori to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the surroundings. Return to Srinagar by evening for dinner and another relaxing overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 4: Day Trip to Pahalgam

Spend the day exploring local sights and strolling along the banks of the River Lidder.
